LAUREN NISENBAUM, Real Estate representative
Lauren grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and began figure skating at the age of 3, later taking up ice hockey and continuing to skate through high school.
As Real Estate Representative, Lauren’s role is uniquely diversified with responsibilities ranging from marketing and social media to analyzing complex data. She has seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning as a broker’s intern at Velocity Retail Group.
Utilizing her strong networking skills, Lauren secured a role as real estate analyst at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, the largest non-profit thrift operator in the country.
During her time at Goodwill, she played an instrumental role in growing the organization’s real estate portfolio by 50 locations and was a founding member of the brokerage known as Thrive Real Estate Group.
She played a critical role in launching the business and currently leads brand development and cultivation of new client relationships.
Her strengths include strategic planning, marketing, social media, site selection, analytics, understanding market trends and demographics, and GIS mapping.
She provides clear, accurate, and comprehensive data for various sites and projects to ensure leadership has the information needed to make sound business decisions. Lauren is an Arizona State alumna with dual bachelor of science degrees in Marketing and Computer Information Systems.
She holds an active Real Estate Salesperson License with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
