CHRISTINE ZEIHEN, VICE PRESIDENT REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT

Christine’ formal education is in culinary arts and she earned her degree from Le Cordon Bleu. In her free time, she loves to travel, visit museums, and take in cultural events.

Christine Zeihen is Thrive’s Vice President of Real Estate and Development. She has spent most of her career with two prominent Arizona real estate developers. Early in her career, she worked for Gosnell Development Company, which specialized in master planned resort developments. Subsequently, she worked for prominent retail and hospitality developer, W.M. Grace Companies.

Over the course of her career, Zeihen has held various positions of increasing responsibility including Controller, VP Finance, Chief Financial Officer and COO which afforded her the many real estate transactional skills needed in acquisitions, development, financing, operations and dispositions.

After 20 years with W.M. Grace Companies, Zeihen launched her own two companies, Biltmore Realty Advisors, and OPM Capital, where she worked with various clients and conducted transactions from site selections, investment sales, financing and consulting. 

Along with her brokerage experience, Zeihen promoted her consulting fee services as “boots on the ground,” and worked closely with an out-of-state capital company that provided equity in multi-family, flex office, industrial retail real estate transactions.

Her company’s services included: market studies, underwriting, business plans, oversight management to the Business Plan exit strategy, which included real estate dispositions. Her services contributed to the overall returns and success to the capital company.

Zeihen holds an AZ Designated Broker’s Real Estate license and AZ Commercial Mortgage Broker’s license. She has been recognized in various publications and held positions as President/Board of Directors for various real estate organizations and lenders associations. She also supports Teen Life Line.
