SABINA PFUTZENREUTER, COMMERCIAL LEASE NEGOTIATOR
Sabina was born and raised in the Valley and is the youngest of six children. She enjoys time with her family and friends, fitness, dogs, and singing.
Sabina began working in Commercial Real Estate in 2017 as an administrative assistant for a brokerage in Phoenix that specialized in industrial, land and investment properties.
In under a year, she became the office administrator. This role included successfully and efficiently managing invoicing and accounts receivable/payable, producing lease, sales and investment contracts, listing agreements, and proposals, creating marketing material and property presentations for each property listing for 21 real estate agents.
Additionally, she assisted the designated broker and branch manager with compliance, ensuring licenses were kept current and maintained all documentation and records required by the Bureau of Real Estate.
Sabina earned her Arizona Real Estate License in 2020, hoping to use her diligence and drive to continue to personally grow and further her career.
In 2021, she became the leasing and sales specialist for a consistently top-performing listing agent’s team in the Phoenix Metropolitan area where she produced and maintained a portfolio of approximately 200 industrial properties.
While on this team, she created, managed, and executed 383 lease packages. After about a year, Sabina was still hungry for more growth and joined Thrive Real Estate in July, 2022 as a commercial lease negotiator.
